About Me
Discovering a Passion for Baking
Hi, I’m Sia, the teen behind Sia’s Cookie World! My baking journey began when I realized how much joy a single cookie could bring. What started as a childhood passion quickly became a creative outlet - and eventually, a business built on love, flavor, and giving back.
A trip to India deepened my inspiration as I learned from skilled bakers and experienced professional pastry-making firsthand. Back in California, I baked for family, friends, and teachers, earning the nickname “cookie girl” at school. I also co-founded a baking club in middle school, where friends and I experimented with recipes and shared our passion together.
Winning my school’s baking competition with my coffee macarons strengthened my commitment to turn my passion into something meaningful. When a teacher asked me to bake macarons for her colleagues, it felt like the beginning of a real opportunity. As my skills and confidence grew, so did my dream. And from that, Sia’s Cookie World was born.
What I Bake and Why It Matters
At Sia’s Cookie World, I specialize in handmade macarons crafted from scratch with fresh high quality ingredients. I also bake delicious cookies, cakes, and cupcakes - all made with the same care and attention to detail. Whether it’s a simple birthday box or a curated selection of seasonal treats, I love creating baked goods with unique flavors that taste amazing and leave a lasting impression.
Baking is how I express myself, serve my community, and grow as both an artist and a business owner. Every cookie, cupcake, macaron, and cake is made with care and heart.

Large-scale orders for corporate, schools and community events
One of my proudest achievements was completing a 500+ treat order for Stanford University, a major milestone in both volume and quality. I also created custom desserts for events at Google, Meta, and for Saratoga High School’s graduation party, where I was challenged to deliver elegant, themed macarons that met professional and corporate standards. Beyond large-scale orders, I’ve loved baking for neighborhood block parties and intimate housewarming celebrations - moments that bring people closer in meaningful ways. These experiences reminded me that desserts aren’t just sweets; they’re small gestures of care that connect us, spark joy, and make every gathering feel a little more special.
Seasonal Bake Sales for a Cause
Throughout the year, I host festive macaron sales for occasions like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, Diwali, and Christmas. Each sale features unique macaron flavors inspired by the celebration—thoughtfully crafted to reflect the spirit of the season and add a special touch to the occasion.
Fifty percent of the profits from these bake sales are donated to organizations that empower women, children, and underserved communities. It gives me the chance to engage with my community while making a positive impact.

Saratoga Nights Market Booth: A Taste of Community and Gratitude
In the summer of 2025, I brought Sia’s Cookie World to Saratoga Nights, a community gathering in downtown Saratoga that welcomed hundreds of visitors. I offered a sampling of freshly baked macarons and had the chance to share my passion with a warm and curious crowd.
To honor July 4th, I set up a handwritten thank-you card station where attendees could write personal notes to our local firefighters. After the event, I delivered the cards, along with custom treat boxes to the Saratoga Fire Department as a heartfelt gesture of appreciation from both my business and the community.
This experience showed me how small acts of kindness can bring real purpose and meaning to what I do.
