Being Indian, mango lassi is one of my cultures most popular traditional drinks—it’s refreshing, sweet, and comforting all at once. When I created this macaron, I wanted to bring a little piece of my culture to every bite. The juicy mango and creamy yogurt flavor remind me of family gatherings and warm summer days growing up. It’s like sharing a part of my heritage with you through dessert.

Cotton Candy: Childhood Joy

Cotton candy has always felt like pure happiness to me—the kind you get at fairs and celebrations. I wanted to capture that light, airy sweetness that instantly brings back memories of carefree moments. Making this macaron is a way to spread that joy and remind everyone to savor life’s little pleasures.

Churro: Warm Comfort

Churros are such a cozy treat, with their cinnamon sugar coating and buttery crunch. This flavor feels like a warm hug, perfect for those moments when you just want something comforting and indulgent. Creating this macaron was all about blending comfort with a little bit of sweetness. The creamy Dulce de Leche filling in the shell gives the perfect creaminess and sweetness to this macaron and is my FAVORITE flavor out of all of them.
